We are driven by our passion for discovering new music, new designs, new concepts and innovative technology. Together with our software engineers we developed a music system, which sets new trends of technology within the internet. Easy, modern, online and in brilliant audio quality…we design and assemble music-content, which we send online to our clients thanks to our invention, the Ketchup Player BOX.
The professionals at Ketchup Music have created a music database and a music management program which allows you to create individual playlist in a small amount of time. Every day new songs get uploaded and are immediately accessible. Every day these songs get included in their genre of music and then get uploaded on our individual internet-platform.
FACTS:
Our music service works on all Windows- and Apple-Computers. We use common internet browsers (FIREFOX ab 3.0; SAFARI ab 4.0; INTERNET EXPLORER ab 8.0). We prefer the online version of sound-catering.de. It’s easy and save. If you should have problems with your internet provider, we may could help you out with an offline version. For this inquiry, please contact us.
A solid DSL connection is essential for receiving our music service. We suggest a minimum capacity of DSL 2000.

STREAMING?
Our broadcasting process is not a process of „STREAMING“, because this does not provide a save reception in case of an internet breakdown, but a “PROGRESSIVE DOWNLOAD PROCESS” in collaboration with “JAVA”, a software application that does not depend on a browser. In case of an internet breakdown, the player automatically changes in a sort of loop-mode, which means that the last songs will be repeated until the player reconnects with the internet.
BEST QUALITY
Our programs are sent in Hifi-quality, 192/Kbit/s, so we can be sure that our broadcasted songs do not get distorted. All programs and music titles are on the same volume level, so you don’t have problems with too loud or too silent music tracks. All titles are automatically faded out and there are no interruptions during broadcast. There is no skip-function in the Ketchup-Player. You cannot skip songs or go backwards. We prefer to send our music concepts in that special way, so that your collaborators do not have to interfere in the broadcast process. We are professionals, we got it.

LICENSE TO LISTEN
„Licence to listen“ Every purchased music channel is accompanied by a licence ( an All-in-One package has 4 licences). Basically you can log in to your account with every computer with internet access but if you own only one licence, only one computer is able to broadcast your music service.
ANSCHLUSS UND AKTIVIERUNG
You need an audio cable with a 3,5mm stereo jack. You put it in the headphone exit (Laptop) or audio exit (PC). (cinch 3,5 stereo jack, please pay attention on the distance between your PC and your stereo system!) Plug the cinch in your stereo system ( AUX, CD, VIDEO, etc). Put the right settings on your stereo system. Start your browser, go to www.sound-catering.de and log in with your log in details, wait until player starts and just press PLAY. The Ketchup Player shows you all booked and available music concepts. In addition you receive a Happy-Birthday-Song and of course you can always go to our shop if you wish to purchase more music channels.
